"Because of a mistake I made after an accident, my case got complicated. Lusina was so helpful as was Tom in resolving the issue. Resolution took several phone calls and emails. "I don’t think there is enough space here to express how much Lusina has helped me and helped me with my Mom’s affairs ans POA/Trustee over the last year or so! From car insurance changes, a claim regarding a diamond ring that needed fixing, making heads or tails of personal article policy insurance, research, policy changes and changing again, and again, changes in home(2) coverage since my Mom passed away, the list goes on and on! Lusina made a really difficult time and situation bearable. The phone call ALWAYS ended with a smile on my face because of her kindness and positivity. Things are finally beginning to settle down with my Mom’s trust so I won’t need her help much anymore and it actually makes me sad(no lie). I just couldn’t let all this go without letting you know how much I appreciate everything she has done for me/us!!"
